Wow! these last couple of weeks we have been doing so much learning about our bodies and how to keep ourselves healthy. We made some smoothies with the kids that had all kinds of fruits and veggies in them. The kids loved them and wanted seconds! We also talked about our bedtime routines and how it is important for our bodies to get good rest. The kids also showed us how they brush their teeth at night as part of their bedtime routine. Another great thing we talked about was exercise and how great that is for us. my husband needs to exercise! We went and played in the gym and showed off some great exercise moves. We talked about how the exercise moves help our bodies and what they do for us. We also did some fun yoga in the class. ~Ms. Jennifer
